In May of 1995, Luke Caudle purchased real estate in the “University” area to build the Company’s first store from the ground up. After operating the first location for four years, both Luke and Cliff knew exactly what each restaurant and bar would contain. Construction on “University” began in November of 1995 and was built around a sports theme, which is present in all locations. This store opened in May of 1996 and has been a success from day one.
